The Post-Structuralist Path
Post-structuralism questioned whether the stable structures that structuralism posited actually hold. Derrida's deconstruction showed that texts always harbour contradictions they cannot master; Foucault analysed how discourses produce truth rather than merely represent it. Together they dismantled the idea of a fixed subject, a transparent language, or a stable ground for knowledge.
