Jainism
Jainism is one of the oldest philosophical and religious traditions of India, centred on the absolute imperative of non-violence (ahimsa), the eternal existence of individual souls (jiva), and the possibility of liberation through rigorous ethical discipline. Mahavira systematised its teachings in the sixth century BCE. Its doctrine of anekantavada — the many-sidedness of truth — is a sophisticated recognition that all perspectives capture reality only partially.
