Sun Tzu

Sun Tzu was an ancient Chinese military strategist and philosopher whose treatise The Art of War has influenced military thinking, business, and strategy for over two millennia. He emphasised deception, adaptability, and understanding both oneself and one's adversary.

The Art of War presents a philosophy of conflict grounded in economy of force, intelligence, and moral authority. Its thirteen chapters have been applied far beyond warfare, shaping management theory, competitive strategy, and political philosophy across cultures.
